Using the VALBUET store
These terms apply to your use of valbuet.com and purchases from the VALBUET online store. Our store is hosted by Shopify. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that apply under consumer law.
Product information
Please review the product description, selected size or variant, ingredients where provided, and manufacturer directions before purchasing. Follow the directions and warnings supplied with each item. Product colors may appear differently on different screens.
Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Review the items, quantities, delivery address, currency, shipping charges, and applicable taxes shown at checkout before submitting your order.
If a stock, pricing, or product-information error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund payments for the canceled items and any shipping charges attributable to those items.
Order changes and cancellations
To request a change or cancellation, email support@valbuet.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether the order can still be changed or canceled. Once processing or shipment has begun, we may be unable to stop it. This does not limit any cancellation or other rights available under applicable law.
Shipping and returns
Available shipping options and charges depend on the items and delivery destination. Review the options shown at checkout before paying. Orders containing items from different suppliers may arrive in separate shipments.
For a delivery issue or a return request, contact support@valbuet.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please wait for the appropriate return instructions before sending an item back, as the return destination can vary by item.
Acceptable use and store content
Do not use the store to carry out fraud, submit false information, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. Website content, images, and brand names may belong to VALBUET or their respective owners. Using the store does not transfer ownership of those materials.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
Consumer rights and updates
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Updates do not retroactively reduce your rights for an order already placed.
