Shipping charges
We offer free standard shipping to eligible United States addresses for the Cooling Face Roller and Scalp Massage Brush.
Shipping charges for African Black Soap and Marée Forehead Patches are calculated at checkout based on the items and delivery address. If your order includes these items alongside a tool with free shipping, shipping charges may still apply to the skincare items. Review the total shipping charge before placing your order.
Shipping destinations
The Cooling Face Roller and Scalp Massage Brush currently ship to United States addresses only. Availability for other items depends on the product and destination.
Checkout shows the shipping options available for your selection and address. If no option is available, contact support@valbuet.com for help before ordering.
Processing and delivery times
Processing and transit times vary by product, fulfillment location, shipping method, and destination. Order processing happens before dispatch; carrier transit begins after dispatch.
Any delivery estimates displayed with a product or shipping option apply to that particular selection and may change because of carrier or customs delays.
We do not offer a single delivery estimate for every product. If you need an item by a particular date, email support@valbuet.com before ordering for a current product-specific estimate.
Separate shipments and tracking
Orders containing products from different fulfillment locations may arrive in separate shipments. When tracking is available, we will share the tracking details using the contact information supplied with your order.
Delays and delivery problems
If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you ordered—or within 30 days for a United States order when no shipment timeframe was stated—we will notify you of the delay and explain your options to agree to a revised timeframe or cancel for a refund. We will obtain consent and issue refunds as required by applicable law.
If tracking appears stalled, a delivery is missing, or an item arrives damaged, email support@valbuet.com with your order number so we can help investigate and resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after processing or shipment begins.
